Sept Buffet – New Release – Mindfulness Kit
It’s 9/1!!! Can you believe we only have 4 months left of the year! Today was my last day in training at my new job! I am really enjoying it and it has sparked a creative bug in me. This new kit is a little different than what you have seen from me in the past in regard to the topic. In my last job I learned about mindfulness because it was a type of therapy that was offered to us every day as one of our breaks because of the kind of stress we were under. This sparked me learning new techniques to help me be more at peace…
