For me, I took swimming because I love swimming and also trained for the junior olympics for freestyle when I was in 7th grade. I never should have given up when we moved because I know I would have kicked butt. But I am still a waterbug now. With my back being injured the way it is, I do Physical Therapy in the pool, which is great! Do you swim?
